Age requirement

Our rental policy requires individuals to be at least 21 years old to rent vehicles from our luxury fleet. However, if you are under the age of 25, you will be charged a fee of $200. Select cars require you to be at least 30 years old; please check car description for age limit.

valid drivers license

All renters must have a valid driver's license, however without a valid U.S. drivers license, you must book through Turo. Link for Turo is provided under each vehicle description.

insurance

Renters must have full coverage to include comprehensive and collision coverage, that transfers as primary to a rental vehicle. Proof of an active insurance policy for at least 5-7 days prior to rental is required.

security deposit

A refundable security deposit of $500 is needed and will be held on a credit card.

credit card

A valid credit card under the renter's name is necessary for the security deposit and rental charges. Only major credit cards are accepted.

driving record

Luxx Rentals will review your driving record, typically requiring a clean record with no major violations.

rental agreement

You must acknowledge and sign a contract that specifies the terms, conditions, and any limitations regarding the rental.
