Days not used will be refunded, but keep in mind, days are based on 24 hour periods.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty within 24 hours of making the reservation, provided that the reservation was made three days or more in advance.

Reservations canceled more than 24 hours after the initial reservation, but before the rental period begins, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the daily rate.

Any reservation canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the daily rate.

Pickups from our home location, Midtown Tampa, and Tampa International Airport are free of charge.

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is $30 one way.

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is $60 one way.

A custom location up to 25 miles is $60 one way. If over 25 miles, a representative will contact you.

10% tax rate is charged at checkout.

The renter bears full responsibility for any tickets or violations accrued during the rental period, including parking, traffic, speeding, toll bridges, or other infractions. They must cover all associated fees, penalties, towing charges, and impound costs during their possession of the car.

We accept all major credit cards.

Luxx Rentals reserves the right to decline rentals for individuals with significant moving violations, DUI convictions, or other major infractions, although it's not mandatory to do so.

Proof of an active insurance policy for your vehicle, active for at least 5-7 days prior to rental. The primary renter's name is necessary, including collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage extending to the rental.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent, but if you are under 25 years old, you will be charged a fee of $200. For select cars, you must be at least 30 years old.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement, provided they meet the same requirements as the primary driver: being at least 21 years old( 21-24 there is a underage fee), possessing full coverage insurance, and maintaining a clean driving record.

Luxx Rentals prohibits leaving the state of Florida and engaging in various activities with our vehicles, including illegal use, speeding, racetrack driving, unlicensed or restricted driver operation, towing, providing driving instruction, and driving on unpaved surfaces.

It's recommended that clients allocate a delivery window of 1 to 3 hours.
